The Village of Atholville Municipal Council intends to adopt By-law No. Z-20-1, “A By-law to amend By-law No. Z-20, Village of Atholville Rural Plan”.

      The proposed amendment to the Rural Plan will rezone the property located at 262 Notre-Dame Street, Atholville, having PID 50045277, from an Institutional (INST1) Zone to a Local Commercial (C2) Zone, subject to conditions to permit the specific proposal: “a warehouse for storage of personal belongings and vehicles”.

      The proposed By-law No. Z-20-1 may be examined at Town Hall during office hours or on the municipal website. Council will hold a public hearing during the regular meeting that will start at 7:00 pm on Monday, April 6th, 2020 in the Council Chamber of Atholville Town Hall, 247 Notre-Dame Street, Atholville, NB, to review written objections received. Any person wishing to speak in favor or against those objections shall have an opportunity to do so at this hearing.

      Take note that written objections will be accepted up to 4:30 pm on April 20th, 2020, 14 days after the date of the public hearing. They shall be addressed to Mrs. Nicole Lebrun, Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk.
